The Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, has demanded that the director of the National Police, Francisco Pardo, inform him “as soon as possible” about the content of a report that the National Immigration and Borders Center (CENIF) would have sent to the National Court attributing the massive assault on the Ceuta border to Morocco. In a letter sent last night, which La Vanguardia has had access to, the Interior Minister reminds Pardo that, if the information detailing that Moroccan gendarmes planned and executed the entry is true, it should have been “immediately made available to the members of the National Security Council.”

The historic agreement on Gibraltar is finally a reality. La Policía Nacional has carried out this Saturday morning the first random checks on flights coming from Italy at the airports of Barcelona and Madrid.
