An air conditioner breaks down, and the first thing you think about is how much it’s going to cost. Then you think about whether it’s worth repairing or just replacing it. And then the question arises: do I fix it or buy a new one? The answer is almost always the same. Not because repairing isn’t feasible, but because often the repair price dangerously approaches the purchase price.

Researchers from the Institute of Materials Science of Seville and the University of Seville have developed a new coating designed to make 3D printed bone implants more resistant and safer.

The ‘Neue Nationalgalerie’ in Berlin currently houses an interactive installation by American artist Beeple (Mike Winkelmann). The work features robot dogs equipped with hyper-realistic silicone heads of figures such as Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Andy Warhol, and Pablo Picasso.
