LG has just put an end to that dilemma by extending the compressor warranty of its air conditioners for life, something no other brand had done until now. The Dual Inverter compressor in models like the LG CONFORT WIFI Z incorporates dual rotor technology, designed to reduce mechanical wear and increase the component’s lifespan. By generating less friction, less mechanical stress is produced, thus reducing the reasons for something to go wrong over time.
Artificial intelligence at the service of efficiency
Durability is only one part of the proposal. The other is efficiency, which comes hand in hand with artificial intelligence. The kW Manager function available in models like the LG Dualcool AI Air S allows the user to set how much they want to spend on electricity that month. LG has built a support network that speeds up repairs and makes them as least traumatic as possible. Specifically, 97% of spare part references are delivered in less than 24 hours on working days, from a warehouse located in Spain.
The call center also operates from Spain. And the network of technicians is distributed throughout the country, with continuous training through the brand’s own academies, where nearly 2,000 professionals are trained each year in more than 150 courses.
