One month has passed since the lawyer acting on behalf of Carlos Mazón in the dana case, Ignacio Gally, gained access to the complete instruction on July 31 thanks to the Valencia Court allowing the former president of the Generalitat Valenciana to appear in the process. And on the first day of September, he sent a letter to the Catarroja court in which, first of all, he asks the judge to specify whether there is any open line of investigation or pending opening regarding a possible criminal liability for action by his client, once the TSJ ruled out the possibility of any criminal liability of Mazón for omission.

In this way, Catalunya goes from twelve to thirteen summits exceeding this elevation: Pica d’Estats, Verdaguer, Punta de Gabarró, Sotllo, N. subpeak of Sotllo, Rodó de Canalbona, Comaloforno, Besiberri Sur, Besiberri Norte, Punta Alta de Comalesbienes, Tuc de Mulleres, North Needle of Malavesina, and now the South Needle. In the entire Pyrenees range, the number will increase from 216, of which 125 are main and 91 secondary, to 217.
