The Mossos have participated in several judicial investigations to confiscate firearms
Mohamed Aloun was sitting at one of the outdoor tables of the Hikari bar on Astronàutica street. At another nearby table was another man. For some reason, they started fighting and the argument escalated to physical violence. Both struggled until number 23 on Manuel Fernández Márquez avenue, where the victim collapsed. He did not even have the chance to draw the large knife he had hidden in his trouser leg. His killer stabbed him twice, once in the side and the second, fatal, in the heart.
Several witnesses who saw the attack stopped a Barcelona Urban Guard patrol car running, which alerted the SEM ambulances. The police began cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers until the medical personnel arrived. The stab wound to the heart was incompatible with life.
The victim had not long ago been released from Brians 2 prison. In fact, among his personal belongings, he still carried the prison identification document.
A drug addict, he was expelled a few weeks ago from the CAS of La Mina, an outpatient medical center specialized in addictions and drug dependencies. He was expelled for aggressive behavior.

This latest murder has overshadowed the police work carried out in recent months in the La Mina neighborhood, after the first months of the year saw repeated incidents involving firearms. Threatening shootings between clans increasingly endangered the safety of other neighborhood residents. In fact, on a couple of occasions, some of these projectiles between rival clans hit private windows, causing great concern and insecurity.
From the Badalona police station, which oversees Sant Adrià de Besòs, and the police region, the so-called La Mina Action Plan has been launched. An ambitious program with different components, one of which is very focused on the various operations that allow the identification of suspects. In addition to the judicial investigations that so far this year have allowed the seizure of numerous firearms.
The latest, led by the presiding magistrate of the Badalona courts, Josep Maria Noales, was the response to three shootings that occurred in a single day, May 12, following an attack outside the neighborhood. The investigation resulted in seven firearms seized, a large amount of ammunition, and a significant amount of money.
