On the website of the public company, dependent on the Ministry of the Presidency, a document has been uploaded with two lots: one for the penthouse on General Martínez Campos street and another with the four properties at Gran Vía 6, which are put up for sale for 11.8 million euros.
The Government of the Community of Madrid has put these buildings up for sale – after the controversy over the purchase of the penthouse, coinciding also with the sale of the properties where the president lives with her partner Alberto González Amador – to allocate the total to recovery after the fires in the Sierra Oeste.
The Madrid Executive justified the purchase due to the works at the Royal House of the Post Office
The sales document was signed this same Friday at 17:27 by Corbalán, CEO of Planifica Madrid, the public company dependent on the Ministry of the Presidency that acquired the penthouse last April.

The Government of Isabel Díaz Ayuso justified this purchase due to the works to be carried out in autumn at the Royal House of the Post Office, located in Puerta del Sol and headquarters of the regional Executive, so that it would be used for “meetings”: works that this Friday have also been published on the Contracting Portal as awarded without tender and for a value of almost 60,000 euros to Alejandra Pombo’s studio.
