Shakira shared this Friday on her social networks the Spanish version of Dai Dai, the official song of the 2026 Football World Cup, which she performs together with the Nigerian artist Burna Boy and which was originally released in English before the start of the tournament.

The new Spanish version was released two days before the World Cup final, which will face Spain and Argentina this coming Sunday, and comes after the artist performed the song during the opening ceremony of the championship, held last June 11 at the Azteca Stadium in Mexico City.
“In the 11 against 11 each in their role, here no one plays when they give their all,” she wrote today along with a video of her singing the song in Spanish.

Shakira is also scheduled to participate in the closing of the World Cup at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford (New Jersey), where she will perform Dai Dai again before the final.
In 2010 the Colombian was the performer of Waka Waka (This Time for Africa), the official anthem of the South Africa World Cup, considered one of the most emblematic songs in the history of the tournament, which Spain won on that occasion.
