Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, has once again opened a small window into her family’s privacy. The wife of Prince Harry shared a 34-second video on Instagram with various scenes of family life after the Sussexes’ return to the United Kingdom. They landed in England on August 26 after living in the United States for six years.

The recording, set to the song Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go, by Wham!, starts with Meghan and Harry walking together along a rural path. At one point, the duchess turns to the camera and says “come on, you.”
The video brings together different outdoor moments. In one scene, Archie runs towards some deer while Lilibet rides a bicycle, accompanied by a doll. The post is also decorated with the British flag and several heart emojis.
Harry also appears with his children in another image, fishing near the water. The family dog also features prominently in several shots, walking around the surroundings.
The post is especially significant because it is the first time Meghan has shared photographs of her family on Instagram since the Sussexes returned from the United States, where they had lived for several years in California.

For now, it is not known exactly when or where the images were taken, which Meghan published this Sunday afternoon. Some details, however, point to a rural setting. In one scene, waterproof boots can be seen walking through a puddle, while the children seem to be wearing waterproof footwear as they approach the deer. The images also come after a start to September marked by rain in the United Kingdom, following a summer that has been the hottest on record.

The reasons that led the Sussexes to return to the United Kingdom remain unknown, and so far, very few details about this new stage have emerged. The couple has also not made public appearances since their return, although it is known that they have spent time at Soho Farmhouse, the exclusive private members’ club located in the town of Chipping Norton. In this context of starting a new life, it has been through social media that Meghan has shared the first family image of this stage.
