Rosalía has been forced to postpone the start of the US leg of her LUX Tour after canceling upcoming dates in Miami and Orlando, on June 4, 6, and 8, due to a “family emergency,” Live Nation announced in a statement without giving further details, though explaining that it hopes to reschedule them later.
“Due to a family emergency, Rosalía must postpone her upcoming concerts in Miami on June 4 and 6 and Orlando on June 8. She regrets disappointing her fans, but circumstances have left her no other option. While rescheduling is being studied, please keep your tickets. We will provide more information soon. Thank you for your patience.”
After a month-long break following the first leg of her tour, Rosalía was expected to arrive in the United States this Friday, starting at the Kaseya Center in Miami, where she was also scheduled to perform on Saturday, and then on the 8th in Orlando. For now, the following performances are not affected by this halt, so her performance in Boston on June 11 and in Toronto, Canada, on the 13th is still scheduled, to continue her journey through New York, Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, Inglewood, San Diego, and Oakland, and then move to South America on July 16 in Bogotá.

This is not the first mishap of the artist’s tour, as last March she suffered an indisposition that forced her to finish a concert in Milan early. In that case, Rosalía apologized directly to her fans, promising to return to the city, and was later taken to a medical center by ambulance.
