New chapter in the criminal proceedings against the co-founder and CEO of Glovo, Oscar Pierre, for a crime against the labor rights of his delivery workers. Now the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Barcelona has asked the judge to issue the summary procedure order to conclude the investigation phase and finally send the Catalan entrepreneur to trial, according to a report by elDiario.es this Friday and confirmed by La Vanguardia. The public prosecutor considers that “there is sufficient evidence of a crime” against the workers to prosecute Pierre.
