The Generalitat police detailed in a statement that the arrest took place at ten minutes to four in the afternoon in compliance with a court order. The Mossos’ statement adds that this action responds to an investigation related to alleged crimes of home invasion, threats, and coercion. “In this context, the judicial authority has authorized an entry and search of the residence in question. The result is one person arrested.”
