A man dressed in a pilot uniform was arrested this Monday at El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, when he tried to leave the country bound for Spain with ten kilos of cocaine hidden on his body, the Police reported.

The man, who was wearing a tight black suit, tried to board a flight to Barcelona but was detained by Anti-Narcotics Police officers after showing suspicious behavior. The officers did not disclose the identity or nationality of the detainee, but local media pointed out that he is a Spanish citizen.

He is believed to be a Spanish citizen who showed suspicious behavior before boarding the flight

The authorities indicated that the individual passed through a scanner, which revealed that he had drug packages taped to different parts of his body, such as the torso and legs. “The man was handed over to the competent authority for the alleged crime of trafficking, manufacturing, or possession of narcotics,” the Police detailed.
