The anteater cub “Womble” is getting used to its new environment and receives help from the zoo keepers when eating.

Womble was born on April 3 at Chester Zoo, in northwest England, son of Oni. The zoo states that it is only the second anteater born there in its 94-year history.
They still do not know if the newborn is a boy or a girl. The keepers nicknamed the young calf “Womble,” in honor of the popular British children’s TV show “The Wombles.”
