As part of this investigation, a report from the Audit Office of the Community of Madrid on the contracts of the Extraordinary Chair of Competitive Social Transformation at the Complutense University of Madrid, which Gómez directed, has been made public today. The reports issued by the university oversight compile an exhaustive list of expenses and services contracted between 2021 and 2024, pointing out administrative irregularities in the awarding of certain technological projects.
Among these irregularities would be the alleged misappropriation of the software linked to that chair, which has led the Complutense to appear as a civil plaintiff in the judicial procedure. The University has also initiated legal actions to claim financial compensation. In January of this year, it filed a “claim for damages” against Gómez.

The Complutense wants to be compensated for expenses derived from several contracts aimed at the development and promotion of the software, including two contracts with Deloitte Consulting for amounts of 18,148.79 and 60,500.00 euros, as well as services provided by Making Science Group valued at 24,200 euros. The report also includes other smaller contracts with Myriam Maneyro (3,025 euros), Low Post (1,452 euros), and Flat 101 (1,815 euros).
The University formally requests that the “economic damages and losses” caused by the use or appropriation of these assets financed with funds from Gómez’s chair be “repaired” and estimates that the total value for which it should be compensated amounts to 109,140.79 euros.
