The requirements of Made in Europe are sky-high. The European Commission wants to shield the community satellite space for European companies and keep foreign competitors away in an attempt to promote the strategic autonomy of the bloc. And this means putting a brake on the giants of this sector such as Elon Musk’s Starlink or Jeff Bezos’ Project Kuiper: the Commission’s proposal is to reserve at least two-thirds of the European mobile satellite spectrum for European companies.

In difficult times like the current ones, the Economic and Social Council (CES) sends an optimistic message about the situation of the Spanish economy, which it diagnoses as a structural improvement, but warning that this improvement does not sufficiently reach the well-being of the citizens.
