The State security forces and bodies have once again deployed early this Friday at Trampolín beach to evict the more than a thousand migrants who were once again gathered in that area after having been evicted this Thursday.

So far, the official destination of the people remaining this Friday at El Trampolín has not been communicated, nor whether they will be transferred to one of the two temporary reception centers that began operating this Thursday, in Loma Margarita and the Embolsamiento de Loma Colmenar.
The central government and the Autonomous City of Ceuta continue working on expanding reception capacity with the preparation and conditioning of three other sites: Montesa football field number 3, the esplanade of the old guano factory, and the Hípica facilities.
These spaces are part of the device designed to address the situation generated after the massive entry of migrants recorded on July 30 and 31.
Police sources indicate that a good part of the people who have gathered again this Friday at El Trampolín could come from groups of migrants who were scattered in different parts of the city.

According to these sources, some may have interpreted that staying on the beach could be a preliminary step to later access one of the temporary reception centers enabled by the administrations.
The situation highlights the difficulties in keeping the settlement evacuated after more than 1,200 migrants were transferred from El Trampolín to Loma Margarita and the Embolsamiento de Loma Colmenar yesterday, since hours later dozens of them returned to the beach, apparently to recover belongings, which forced the temporary suspension of cleaning work due to lack of police presence to guarantee the safety of the workers.
The Autonomous City now maintains a significant cleaning operation deployed with the purpose of fully recovering the coastal area and returning it to the conditions prior to the establishment of the settlement.
