Israeli National Security Minister, far-right extremist and ex-convict Itamar Ben Gvir, publicly called for the murder of between “30 and 40 people” each night in Gaza, in a podcast released in recent hours with Rom Braslavski, who was a hostage of Hamas in the Strip.

“I think selective assassinations should be carried out in Gaza, eliminating between 30 and 40 people each night. Not only those who pose an immediate threat; there are people there who do not deserve to live. They should not live. They are not even people,” said Ben Gvir, who habitually boasts about violating the rights of Palestinian citizens of Israel and prisoners from the West Bank and Gaza detained in the country.
In the podcast, titled October 8, Ben Gvir confirmed that he disagrees with the decision of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to have reduced attacks in Gaza to advance the peace plan promoted by U.S. President Donald Trump.

He also advocated for the “mass migration of Palestinians” in Gaza to colonize the Strip with Jewish settlements, a proposal that has already been labeled by various international organizations in the past as an attempt at “ethnic cleansing.” “I consider all of Gaza to be ours (…) We should have settlements not only in Gush Katif (the Israeli colony in the Strip dismantled in 2005), but throughout Gaza, encouraging the greatest possible emigration, sending them to their countries of origin, and for the terrorists, no emigration, nothing, simply kill them one by one,” he assured.
