Samur-Protección Civil de Madrid has reversed the cardiorespiratory arrest of a 63-year-old man who had been rescued by lifeguards in the pool of the Moscardó Municipal Sports Center, in Usera. The events happened yesterday afternoon.

Lifeguards began resuscitation maneuvers until the arrival of medical teams, who managed to reverse the arrest and transferred him in very serious condition to the Clínico hospital.
Likewise, a psychologist from the Samur team attended to the victim’s partner.

The Municipal Police of Madrid collaborated by evacuating the facilities along with the staff and escorted the convoy to the hospital.
