The agreement is very similar to the terms of the Extremadura pact, with the inclusion of the principle of “national priority”, a concept that refers, according to Vox, to the fact that access to social benefits (aid, housing…) will be governed by “Spaniards first”, while the PP rejects this scenario and speaks of “roots” as a criterion.
According to Vox sources, Santiago Abascal’s party will hold the first vice-presidency of the Government and three ministries: Deregulation, Social Services and Family; Agriculture, Livestock and Food and Environment and Tourism.
In addition, it ensures that the PP cedes a vice-presidency to it in the Bureau of the Cortes, which was constituted in March with the abstention in the vote of the far-right, and an autonomous senator.

From the party, they assure that the measures included in the pact are “all those of Extremadura”, in addition to a battery of specific measures for Aragon. “It is a broader agreement than that of Extremadura, but in terms of the structural problems suffered by Spaniards, it is identical,” they assure, citing among others “national priority, immigration, Mercosur or security.”
