This has been conveyed by sources from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports of the Community of Madrid, after the new audit concluded that the inspected facilities “are operational and in adequate conditions for their ordinary functioning.”

The second audit, which was sent to the College of Engineers, was delivered to the Ministry last Saturday at 17:41 by the company Instalaciones Cedial – the same that prepared the first one -, with a signature at 17:33 on the same day.
The minister’s resolution comes after the Directorate General of Sports sent the required reports today.
However, the Community insists that the procedure to terminate the concession to Rayo Vallecano Sociedad Anónima Deportiva continues due to “serious breach of its obligations.”
