According to the Peripheral Communication Office of the Command, several lifeless bodies have been located, although it has not yet been possible to determine their origin, although investigators have suggested that they could be migrants traveling on a boat that ended up sinking. The Civil Guard has insisted that its agents are working on the investigation into their origin.

According to sources close to the case, the first discovery of a lifeless body occurred last Sunday on the beach of Roquetas de Mar (Almería) and since then other mortal remains have been located in the sea, in points close to the coast of towns on the Almerian coast such as Carboneras, Garrucha, Mojácar, or Cabo de Gata.
