Rodri Hernández is now officially a new Barça player until 2030. After arriving in Barcelona late Monday afternoon and undergoing the relevant medical examination on Tuesday morning at the training ground, the 30-year-old from Madrid went to the club’s offices to sign his new contract with Barça.

The world champion and MVP of the last World Cup started a day full of procedures and events by undergoing the medical examination. In addition to being in the hands of the doctors, Rodri had a first contact with Hansi Flick and the locker room, where he already has many acquaintances from the Spanish national team, before heading to the vicinity of Camp Nou around 1 p.m.
