The incident took place around 3 a.m. this morning at a Media Markt chain store located on Estambul street in Alcorcón, the Police report. The first alert came from the store’s security company, which showed images of two high-end cars in front of the store.
They smash the store window
The images show how four people get out of the two cars, who, with a sledgehammer in hand, smash the store window and then tie a rope from one of the cars to the metal closing gate. The vehicle then starts and manages to knock down the gate so the thieves can access the premises.
The robbery lasted only a few minutes, during which the thieves were able to grab several mobile phones and return to the cars waiting for them running to flee the scene. The Police started a chase along the A-5 and then the M-40, but due to the power of the vehicles, they ultimately managed to escape.
