The alert was received at 3:35 p.m. and the fire, which is believed to have started in the area of the Carretera de les Aigües, affects the Sant Pere Màrtir mountain.

On the part of the Generalitat Fire Department, which is supporting the Barcelona corps, ten ground crews have been deployed, as well as a firefighting helicopter and another MAER. A large column of smoke is visible from different points in the city of Barcelona and surroundings.
