Clients from the East buy most of the tallest residential tower in Benidorm and Europe

If the deadlines are met, in the second half of 2028 the residences of the Benidorm skyscraper will begin to be occupied, which will then have become the tallest residential building in Europe, TM Tower, surpassing the Złota 44 tower in Warsaw. Poles are precisely the largest group of clients of the luxurious apartments and most come from Eastern Europe, although it is a Spanish businessman who has acquired the penthouse located on the 63rd floor for 3.4 million euros, according to sources from TM, the company originally from Torrevieja that builds and markets this new giant that will dominate the characteristic Alicante skyline.

The structure that will support the 230 meters in height and 64 floors is already ready. The building will be 38 meters and 12 floors taller than the Polish one. The investment allocated to its construction reaches 140 million euros, but TM reached 25% reservations as soon as the project was launched and assures that with two years left until the end of the work and the delivery of the homes, the reservation level already exceeds half of the total.

The building will measure 230 meters high, with 64 floors, and will weigh 85,000 tons: 8.5 times the weight of the Eiffel Tower

The project has strong international demand, led by buyers from Poland (36.5%) and Spain (31.3%), who concentrate nearly 68% of sales. Ukraine ranks third with 13.9%, followed by other Eastern European countries. The average purchase price is 974,607 euros.

Company sources explain that the data on the foundation and structural base “reflect the technical magnitude of the project,” since 355 piles have been executed to a depth of up to 16 meters, totaling 3,588 linear meters of drilling. To ensure the building’s stability, 5,319 m³ of concrete and 245 tons of steel have been used.

This robust base is designed to support approximately 85,000 tons once the work is completed, which is equivalent in weight to 8.5 Eiffel Towers or nearly 200 large-body commercial aircraft. With a specific investment close to 2 million euros in this initial foundation phase, the project now begins its most visible stage with the execution of the vertical structure.

The vertical integration model applied in the TM Tower project, the tenth skyscraper the company is building in Benidorm, has allowed reducing the time to market by 10% and cutting the construction period by 11% compared to previous skyscrapers, add the same sources.

Located in front of Poniente beach, it will house 260 homes and more than 10,000 square meters of common areas

Located in front of Poniente beach, very close to the InTempo building, TM Tower will house 260 homes and more than 10,000 square meters of common areas, with heated pools, wellness spaces, sports facilities, a cinema room, and a panoramic sky bar on the 63rd floor with an astronomical observatory.

The tower is inspired by the organic shape of a marine coral, as can be seen in the virtual images distributed by the company. Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, explains that the project adds to the company’s strong commitment to the tourist engine of the Costa Blanca: “TM has committed more than 400 million euros in Benidorm over the last decade, transforming this area into an international benchmark and making it possible for thousands of families to enjoy a new life by the sea,” he states.
