The defense of former president Carles Puigdemont filed two complaints against Spain before European bodies on Monday in response to the refusal of the Court of Accounts to apply the Amnesty Law to the thirty former high-ranking officials of the Catalan administration from whom the expenses of the ‘procés’ are claimed.
