The prosecutor has withdrawn the charge of malfeasance and the request for 12 years of disqualification from public office that was sought in the trial for the delay in vaccinating national police and civil guards of Catalonia.
The popular accusations have maintained the request for 15 years of disqualification for Vergés, Argimon, Marc Ramentol, and Adrià Comella.

All accusations except Jupol have withdrawn the charge against Xavier Rodríguez, former director of Health Services. The defenses have requested acquittal and the payment of costs by the popular accusations.
