CaixaBank has been awarded the Best Digital Private Banking in Europe 2026 at the Wealth Tech Awards, which are annually presented by the Professional Wealth Management (PWM) magazine of the Financial Times Group. This is the third consecutive year that the entity receives this recognition, placing it at the forefront of the high net worth management sector in Europe. Additionally, this year the entity has received a special mention (highly commended) as Best Private Banking in Digital Innovation in Europe 2026.
The Wealth Tech Awards, celebrating their ninth edition this year, recognize private banking entities that stand out for their innovation in wealth management, committing to excellence in the use of technological advances in service of the client. The jury, composed of leading professionals in the sector, analyzes services and products from entities worldwide to highlight those that most contribute to the innovation and modernization of the sector.
The magazine has recognized CaixaBank Wealth Management for its commitment to advanced technologies to continuously innovate and personalize its services. Among others, it highlights the implementation of the GPS platform and the Advisory GPS service, an ecosystem that combines the investment management capabilities of BlackRock’s Aladdin WealthTM technology tool with the capabilities of CaixaBank Wealth Management and CaixaBank’s technological advances.
In just 16 months, Advisory GPS surpasses 4,500 clients and manages nearly 1 billion euros, one third coming from other entities
The tool has allowed the entity’s advisors to proactively align investment decisions with each client’s financial goals, improving the user experience and optimizing wealth management. In just 16 months since its implementation, Advisory GPS has more than 4,500 clients and a balance of nearly 1 billion euros, of which one third is new money coming from other entities, demonstrating the success of the strategy for greater differentiation against competitors in the European market, in a highly volatile and transforming environment.
For Belén Martín, director of CaixaBank Wealth Management, “this award not only reflects the excellence of CaixaBank Wealth Management in digitalization and innovation, but also highlights its strategic vision towards a future supported by advanced technology focused on meeting client needs. The recognition positions us as a leader in wealth management in Europe, prepared to face the challenges and opportunities of the digital era.”
On the other hand, the implementation of advanced technologies has allowed CaixaBank Wealth Management to improve personalization and security in communication with its employees and clients. Thanks to approaches based on advanced analytics and segmentation, the entity can adapt both the frequency and content of its communications to the specific needs and profiles of each client, resulting in improved satisfaction rates in communication and information. Regarding employees, CaixaBank Wealth Management launched in 2025 the premium version of NOA, CaixaBank’s generative AI-based assistant, which has reduced query referrals, increased managers’ autonomy, and optimized operational efficiency.

And already in 2026, CaixaBank has launched GlobalView, its global aggregator of financial positions, which will allow CaixaBank Wealth Management clients to consolidate and analyze the financial positions they hold in different entities under a single frame of reference. With this solution, the entity simplifies access to and analysis of the client’s financial information, integrating all their positions and offering a unified view of their wealth.
The service arises from the collaboration between CaixaBank Wealth Management and Flanks, a technology company for wealth management, leader in Europe, regulated by the Bank of Spain and with extensive experience in PSD2 solutions, which will be responsible for performing the automatic connection, daily data collection, and homogenization between the different entities.
